Head coach: Brian Dimmick (second year, 1-11)
Conference: Central Wrestling Conference, District 9 Class AA
    Last year's record: 1-11
Who's back: Seven starters back, but no regional qualifiers. Junior Sam
Holland is the top returner with a 17-9 record from a year ago.
Probable lineup: Holland at 103, junior Eric Rowles (5-19) at 112,
freshman Chip Williams at 119, junior Corey Bloom (8-12) at 125, junior Pat
Dunn (1-18) at 140, junior Rob Fenton (4-15) or senior Randy Fegert at 145,
sophomores Matt Harnish or Dean Lippert at 152, freshman Mike Kononczi at
160, senior Matt Bloom or sophomore Brian Marino at 171, senior Bob Cutler
at 189 and junior Chuck Sipes (4-20) at heavyweight.
Notes: After a 1-11 season, the Golden Tide have nowhere to go but up.
With another underclassmen dominated squad, that could take a while.
Dimmick believes his team should be strongest in the middle to light
weights. He admits the they'll be weak in the upperweights.
Dimmick quotable: "It's still part of the rebuilding. The juniors and
sophomores will pull quite a bit of the weight."
Schedule: Curwensville opens the season Thursday at Redbank Valley.
