$10.00 paid in advance, entry forms and fee must be
received by mail (or brought to seeding meeting) by Wednesday,
February 14, entry forms without payment will not be considered. No
refunds of entry fees. No called in or faxed entries accepted.
Maximum of 325 entries will be accepted. Please enter
early.
Checks payable to Coudersport Junior Wrestling Club, please
do not send cash.
Weigh-Ins: 7:00 a.m. 8:30 a.m. day of the tournament
There will be no weight changes allowed after the seeding
meeting has been completed, do not enter wrestlers in a weight they
cannot make.
Eligibility: Age as of January 1, 2001
Divisions and Weight Classes (We reserve the right
to combine weight classes if there are less than three wrestlers in a
weight class)
Ages 6 & Under
40, 45, 50, 55, 60, 65, 70, HWT (85# max)
Ages 7 & 8
45, 50, 55, 60, 65, 70, 75, 80, 85, 90, 95, 100, HWT (120#
max)
Ages 9 & 10
50, 55, 60, 65, 70, 75, 80, 85, 90, 95, 100, 110, 120, HWT
(150# max)
Ages 11 & 12
65, 70, 75, 80, 85, 90, 95, 100, 105, 115, 125, 135, 150,
165, HWT (200# max)
Rules
Modified PIAA, Full Double Elimination.
Periods 1-1-1 for age 10 and under, 2-1-1 for ages 11 to 12 with 1
minute sudden death overtime and 30 second rideout, if necessary, for
all divisions.
Wrestlers may enter only one weight class and age group.
Round robin format for three wrestler brackets.
30-Minute break between matches is not
guaranteed.
Headgear optional but recommended.
A seeding meeting will be held on Wednesday, February 14 at 7:00 PM
in the Coudersport Elementary School Cafeteria. Wrestlers from the
same club in the same divisions and weight classes will be separated
as much as possible.
Awards
Individual trophies for first three place finishers in each
weight class, fourth place finishers will receive medallions.
Wrestlers who finish in the top three in their weight class will
qualify for the Ohio Tournament of Champions.
Team trophies for the top four teams.
Admission
$3.00 Adults, $1.00 Students, three coaches from each team
free.
Cafeteria
Good food will be available all day. No coolers,
food or beverages will be allowed in the gymnasium, this will be
strictly enforced.

In consideration of my child's acceptance for entry in this
event, I hereby, for my child and myself, release the Coudersport
Junior Wrestling Club, the Coudersport School District and any
sponsoring bodies, their officers, tournament officials, referees or
anyone else connected with this tournament from any and all
liability, or rights to damages, for any injuries, damage or losses
as a result of participating in, training for, or travelling to and
from, this tournament. I am solely responsible for my conduct, and my
child's conduct, and have my own insurance.
