See PA Wrestling site for actual pairings.  Bracketing is on a rotating basis.
This is a twelve-man bracket.  The four Districts champs do not wrestle the first
round, in essence having automatic byes.

Brackets will be adjusted to separate returning Regional Champs in the first round,
providing both have won their respective Districts.
District Champs and runner-ups are also separated the first round.
