Rams finish season with win

The Johnsonburg Rams finished out their regular season wrestling schedule
with a 49-14 win over the Kane Wolves on Monday. The match was originally
scheduled for earlier this season but had to be postponed. The Rams (12-5)
picked up an early lead with wins in the first five weight classes. Kevin
Costanzo won by fall at 103 pounds while Keith Miller picked up a forfeit at
112, Mike Votano registered a technical fall at 119 and Eric Iorfido picked
up a pin at 125 to pace the Rams to a 23-0 lead. Hugh Rich finally put the
Wolves (1-11) on the board when he picked up a decision at 130 pounds and
Steve Chittester followed that up with a technical fall to bring the
Johnsonburg lead to 23-8. However, the Rams ran off with the match picking
up picking up wins in the next four matches.
